The US Coast Guard seeks comments on a draft Navigation and Vessel Inspection Circular (NVIC) that sets forth the Coast Guard’s policies and procedures regarding inspection of US vessels for voluntary compliance with the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006 (MLC 2006), which enters into force on 20 August 2013.
